My submission was rejected without any notification for the reason to be rejected. I was very surprised that they don't have any contact point to answer your questions. Previously, one year ago, I went through 3 interview steps and finally they rejected me without any information. I spent lot of time for preparing and the minimum would be to giev at least a motivation for rejection

Interview with hiring manager, followed by home assignment that is not related to the product itself and talks about other companies which is very weird. Then presentation, during the presentation the interviewer didnt even listen, she did other stuff even though my task was good

Entrevista
There are four interview steps. Two with HR and two with operational functions. The first interview was not too long (30 minutes) and only about my background and my motivation.
Poor process, very little knowledge from the interviewers, and felt like there were hiding something.
Process was online, they didn't put the cameras on, and someone left in the middle of the interview because he had another meeting - I found it very rude
