The process was fairly straight forward. I was approached by their recruiter and then had a an initial telephone interview for 30 minutes in duration followed by an onsite interview. Everyone I met with was friendly and professional.

Phone screen -> Codility Test -> Coding Test -> Onsite Interview
The process was very straightforward and quick. Placester was very communicative with me throughout, providing frequent updates on where things stood. I also enjoyed the onsite because I got to meet a lot of the people I now work with, which was very helpful in developing a fuller picture of what the job would be like.
