Very relaxed and short interview process. You will, most likely, be interviewed by an owner or manager and they aren't intimidating at all. When I arrived ,fully prepared, for my idea of the typical, awkward interview, I was shocked that the hiring manager was in a normal employee t-shirt. This was relaxing and it made the process much easier. We simply discussed previous experiences at prior jobs and discussed my strengths and weaknesses. My advice; be prepared but don't stress out about the interview.
