They invited me in for a informal chat, to go over CV and we spoke about experience I had, and just chatted about what I would be doing.
We shook hands, and I got a call back 2/3 days later saying I got the job!

Very informal quick, job on the spot. However, I soon found out it was a very horrible environment to work in. Horrible manager unfortunately who soon showed his true colours.
