I was called 11 hours after my online app was sent(I sent it at midnight). Met with the Regional Manager for about a half hour. He looked over my very minimal work experience and asked me about each job. I don't think he even read my original Application because I needed to fill another one out and was didn't even know what position I wanted. I think once he heard I would work for Minimum wage, I was hired. A very easy interview with no curveballs, or even overhand throws.
