2nd. A coding exercise
3rd. A tech interview including questions about the coding exercise.
Never heard back from anyone after the tech interview.

Entrevista
The first step is a short HR screening over phone. Then I had a motivational Interview through Skype, followed two weeks after by a Take-Home assignement and a Technical interview.
shortly after, I got the final interview, followed by an offer a few days later. It seems hard to negotiate it.
