Applied online, and filled out an extensive application. Got called in for two different interviews. What mainly asked about my experience and how it would apply to the job process. Was offered the job a few days later for a negotiated salary. Stared a two week training period that was extremely unprofessional. Did not get the training that was necessary for the position. It all starts at the top.
