Entrevista
A couple phone interviews, and then an interview at HQ. the phone interviews went really well and the employees were incredibly personable.
However the interview at HQ had this awkward, informal yet distant vibe and took close to 6 hours. It wasn’t difficult by any means, they just kept sending different people out to ask me the same questions about the company.
Even after this whole process, the company didn’t have the courtesy to reach out and tell me that I did or did not get the job.

There were 2 phone interviews (approx. 1 hour each) followed by a 5-6 hour in-person interview. This felt like overkill for a position the management team even calls "entry level". The in person interview was with multiple folks from the sales/accounting department but each person ended up asking nearly the exact same questions. This quickly became exhausting though each person was very friendly. I feel this process could be more efficient moving forward with regards to time spent in interviews.
