As a candidate they asked me to spend over 11 hours of my time with no clear process outlined that they were following. They added in multiple people after I had spent hours on a loop and project with minimal notice to find this time knowing people are working full time elsewhere. Their company came across as disorganized, unprepared and unprofessional.
