By phone calling, excel exam and video interview they held the process. It was really easy but i do not understand well the process. Maybe if it was face to face it would be better

What is your most important skill? Why you applied to our company_
It began with HR introduction and followed by 2 different department interviews, one from desk research sector and the other from data analysis. It took around 3 hours to complete the whole process.
Telefoninterview, Englischtest, Excel-Test, Fallstudie. Das Telefoninterview dauert etwa 10-15 Minuten. Das Offline-Interview dauert insgesamt etwa zwei Stunden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Ich habe nach dem Vorstellungsgespräch keine E-Mail mit den Ergebnissen erhalten.
