It was a very good interview, where the discussion revolved around the nature of my studies and university assessment, in addition to my skills, advantages, and disadvantages, and whether I had any summer training before that or not.

Initial skype interview to check your general interest towards the position and your personal background info. After that i was invited at the Assesment Day that took place in the company HQ.
In the Assesment we were a group of 12 people and, after a brief personal presentation, we were divided in two groups of 6 people and asked to solve 2 business cases. The whole assessment was conducted in English.
After that, i was selected for a final interview with my current boss, where i was detailed asked about my academic background, motivation, past working experiences and so on. The final interview was very friendly with no pressure at all.
The interviewer was very kind and made me feel comfortable since i step into the room.

I was hired as a trainee. The process was normal in terms of complexity. I was interviewed with 5 other candidates. I was in college so was my first interview. Questions about yourself, what do you do for fun, what is your degree, what are your qualifications, they cant really ask you more as they do not expect you to own any experience, etc... But I believe now a days they have Human Resources department, at that time was made by an external company.
