Fairly easy interview process, first was a generic video response interview you had to film by yourself on some platform. Then a virtual interview with the hiring manager followed by a 35-40 minute IQ assessment However, they said to give them a week to follow up for next steps which they did not follow up until about 10 days later. In my opinion a week is a long time already, and unprofessional to give a timeline that long and still not stick to it. Especially in the talent acquisition profession
