The interview process for Ping Identity, while thorough, is extremely efficient and enjoyable. There were a total of 7 phone/video interviews and everyone I spoke with was friendly, personable, and professional. Throughout the different conversations, I could feel that Ping truly encourages their people to be authentic, and I really appreciate that. This interview process was the best experience I've had when looking to join a company, hands down. The entire process took 3 weeks from submitting my application to receiving an offer.
