I applied online, received a phone call from an external recruiter, and a few days later received a phone call from hiring manager. We talked briefly, mostly about my background, nothing too technical, and he decided to go to the next step: Mt. Fuji. After I completed the task, we had a panel interview where they asked various questions. A few days later, I received an offer.
