The interview process was structured and thorough, consisting of several rounds. It began with an initial screening by HR, followed by a product case interview and a technical evaluation with a senior product manager. Finally, there was a behavioral interview with the department head. The entire process tested both strategic thinking and real-world product skills. Interviewers were professional and gave thoughtful feedback. Overall, it was a challenging but rewarding experience.
