Team or panel interview with two administrators and three current teachers. I was asked to describe myself and what I had done, what my greatest accomplishments were and how I managed behavior. I was asked why I was leaving my current school and what I was hoping to find here.
It was a discussion. I appreciated the conversation. It helped me prepare for other interviews. I just need to go and get my certification and then I will be hired. Most interviews do not go like this. They are scripted.

Tell us about a time that you did not see eye to eye with someone and how did you solve the disagreement.
Schools reach out, individually, to schedule an interview. You interview with school admin. Interviews can happen over the phone, but mostly in-person. If offered a role, you are contacted by HR team at district office.
