The process is fairly standard, with a recruiter screen, HM chat, online assessment, etc. However, the questions asked are not.
I was asked to build the ridiculously hard game of Minesweeper in 45 minutes of coding, something most people wouldn't be able to do in several hours even. During the whole time, the interviewer was annoying, asking me obvious questions and interrupting my thinking process. This company obviously has no idea what it's doing. Overall, this left a really bad taste in my mouth as no other company would lack the tact to ask such a question.
