Teams interview for 20 minutes with HR, then an In-Person Assessment Day, which included a solo interview (about 40 minutes), a group activity, and then an in-tray group exercise. The group activity was with 5 other candidates, the in-tray had 10 other candidates take part. There was also a presentation at the start of the day about the company and other graduates currently on the program were there to answer any questions. Was a good comfortable environment.

Entrevista
It went okay, the first interview focused on getting to know you e.g. background, competency questions, relocation etc. Didn't know a driving licence was needed for the role, decent experience overall. Interviewer was friendly.
