Beware of endless interviews and free work disguised as “assignments” I went through over months of interviews with 7 rounds & multiple lengthy assignments- essentially creating their full-year plans under the guise of a “case study.” After all that time and effort, just when the process seemed to be closing and offer details were being discussed, I received an automated email saying the position had been put on hold. It’s disappointing and unprofessional- they’re happy to extract ideas and strategies but have no respect for candidates’ time or effort. Spare yourself the frustration and don’t fall for this free-consulting exercise.
