I knew the hiring manager personally. I interviewed for a seasonal associate and got the job a week later. But then I was thrown into being manager after 4 days, I did not like that, and I still have to call her up and ask her questions everyday.

The interview process was fairly easy. I was asked about my prior sales/management experience and was hired within a few minutes. This job does conduct background checks which have to come back before you can be interviewed.

I was just simply asked about my management and sales experience. Since I have over 10 years of both, I was hired on the spot. I gave an example or 2 of a difficult customer and how they were handled. I also discussed issues with employees, staffing, and employee relations.

Very easy, if you have ANY photography or sales experience. The company is desperate and because of poor management, will hire just about anyone. I was hired based entirely on my resume. There was no "interview" to speak of.
