Pictet ne m'a jamais donné de réponse. Cela m'aurait permis de passer a autre chose mais cela fait déjà 1 mois aucune réponse. Je comprends qu'il soit surchargés mais une réponse au bout d'un moment est une forme de respect.

I applied online and was invited to the first interview shortly after. It was a technical interview that lasted about an hour with the team lead and his manager. I was positively surprised by how friendly and down-to-earth they were. The whole conversation felt more like talking to colleagues rather than a formal evaluation. What really stood out to me was their approach. Instead of focusing on whether my answers were simply correct or incorrect, they guided the conversation in a way that helped me understand how things are done in their environment. Their questions and follow-ups helped me explain my experience in relation to their tech stack and culture. It was a very supportive and encouraging style of leadership, and I appreciated that a lot. Technically, I felt confident and managed to answer the questions, but the collaborative tone of the conversation made it even easier to express myself. Overall, I left the interview with a very positive impression. I’ve passed the technical stage and I’m currently moving forward in the process. If I receive an offer, I’ll update this review
