3 people related to the team interviewed.(didnt introduce themselves) was a normal interview. They asked about the experience and other related questions to the role. Interview went well according to me. But after hat they just ghosted, No any rejection mails, replies. I even sent a mail asking for the application progress, guess what? they just ignored it? imo companies should give a proper reply even if its a rejection to the candidates instead of ghosting!
