The process was pretty standard.
1. Recruiter reached out and had initial phone screen.
2. Take home assessment (2hrs long).
3. Zoom Interview with Hiring Manager. asked me about DataStructures and Algorithms instead of talking about the Take Home Assessment.
4. I got ghosted, no update from Recruiter nor the Hiring Manager.
I feel like Step 2, Take Home Assessment, was a waste of time if the Hiring Manager was not going to talk about it.
Also total waste of time if the Phressia cannot give a proper rejection. I rather get rejected than ghosted.
