I was interviewed for 30 mins 1 round and 20 mins HR round. Being 11 years of exp I would say this is worst interview process I have ever experienced... Don't ever join this company.. before joining itself, once you accepted the offer and don't join there, you need to pay penality of 10 % CTC. This is illegal but they are doing it legal. 50% hike they said ok in hr round before I go for client interview.. but at final day they said requirement is changed, your position is on hold. I felt it means they rejected me..It wasted my 1 hr. Policies will ruin your life. Don't join here even if you get 200% hike.
