Took over 2 months to respond to my application for a telephone interview, then another 2 weeks to respond to that. Multiple spelling mistakes and issues in rejection email, but at least it wasn’t automated. Telephone interview was jumping around questions and felt rushed, while the interviewer kept interrupting mid-answer.
