I had a short phone interview with HR and then proceeded to have a video call with 3 research specialists. The whole process including the notification of the result took 3 weeks. Both HR manager and research specialists were very cordial.

The most unprofessional interviews I've had at auction houses got cold calls from their personal phones without giving any notice prior to the calls. The questions have nothing to do with the role or reason of my application, they just asked about my personal background and availability, they said they would get back to me with proper interviews but they never did. And the other time, the HR who emailed me with a questionnaire never confirmed if they received my completed written task. Considering the fame and status of Phillips, I was expecting someone to handle my application seriously and the interview to be conducted in a professional manner. Honestly, Phillips, you could do better. HRs like those who handled my applications could ruin your reputation in this industry.
