First interviewed on campus, then got a call inviting to an on-site. Nice process, people there are very nice. The facility is good. The lab is organized. Mostly behavior based questions. People write down their answers on paper.

I met one-on-one with the recruiter for about 45 minutes. He spent about 15 minutes telling me about the company (what they do, how they fit in with their competition, where their R&D work is located). He asked me to describe my dissertation work (which was unrelated to the petrochemical industry, so I believe he wanted to see how well I could communicate my work). With a better idea of my experience and skill set, he then talked to me about a couple of places in R&D where my skills could be applied. He then gave me the rest of the time (about 15 minutes) to ask him questions. I got to ask several questions, so it was very helpful that I had prepared many of them.
