Entrevista
The interview process for my first position at Philips was an HR phone screen, then a direct manager interview. I was then brought into Stamford for a day of interviews (6 in total) & then my offer by the week's end. They used to make you take a "high potential" test which I had to take (a full separate day) but they no longer do so. I would have preferred a few small panel interviews because the questions were repetitive between the 6 people that interviewed me in the home office.

A lot of culture-related questions, make sure you're a fit. Then a ton of "give me an example of when you had an issue... etc." How did you grow your prior company differently? Very standard...
