Entrevista
A Philips recruiter contacted me directly and the recruiters were very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the scheduling of a 1:1 with the hiring manager (VP) was constantly changing over a two week period by the VP from a phone interview to a face to face back to a phone interview. The VP was 45 minutes late for the eventual phone interview. All follow up was initiated by me and a rejection letter was finally emailed to me after six weeks.

In addition to standard questions such as why do you want to work for Philips etc., I was also asked how I would manage an aging product line that has had little innovation for some time.
1 round with HR on the company fit questions, 1 round with hiring manager to describe expectations and team culture, and 1 round panel interviews with various aspects, including situational interview, past experience, and case interview
Initial phone interview for 30 min followed by interviews with 4-5 people for 30-45 min followed by a case interview- case sent a few days ahead. Present to 4-5 people

Entrevista
Long, painful, 2 weeks minimum gap between each round of interviews. HR session, followed by line manager interview, then senior stakeholder interview, then head of HR interview, finally another senior stakeholder. The interviewers were respectful, nice and great to engage with, however by the time I had my last interview.... I forgot what I was considered for in the 1st place. From 1st interview till last round took almost 3 months
