Meeting in a cafe. They were looking for application engineers, because they were forming up a team.
I sent an e-mail to someone who was working there, and I got lucky, it was a time when they were creating a new service.
I met the manager in a cafe. He asked questions about my past experiences, my strengths and weaknesses, my hobbies, skills, etc. No technical tests.

The interview was split into two parts. First one was answering pre-recorded questions and playing a few games that tested my quick thinking skills. Second one was with the manager of the team.

It was a virtual assessment with 5 behaviour questions and 2 games to understand your working style. You will have only 1 chance to record your answer. 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to talk.
