Started with a normal introduction. Only one technical round of interview was conducted followed by one HR round. The technical round consisted of resume discussion only. No external questions were asked. HR round was basic questions about getting to know you.

Phone interview, because the position I interviewed is in the Netherlands and I live in North America. Really easy interview, straight forward questions. It was only about an hour long. I was notified within a week that I had gotten the job. Philips took care of applying for the work visa and arranged for my housing.
