Entrevista
This has been a fairly standard length process. I applied online via Monster, which then took me to Philips job site to apply there. I received a phone call for a phone interview at the end of which a face to face was scheduled.
It seems long when you're hopeful and have your heart set on a job, but it's fairly standard. I was initially interviewed in July, both phone and 1:1. The first phase, I was told I would have details by a certain date, but then told they did not have enough positions open at this time. They would be in touch in the future. I was called back in late August with the news that there was another position open and if I would be amenable to another interview with a different person. Position offered and accepted, now waiting on required background checks.
The interviewer described the job in full and asked questions appropriate to the description and what was expected. We went through my resume where points were highlighted and inquired about . Asked about willingness to work a variety of hours, etc.
With a company as big as Philips, I would expect lateral and upward growth as a possibility, especially when you take into account their benefits package, which includes tuition assistance, etc. I would think that ambitious people who work hard, enjoy the company culture and ethics, etc., could find movement and growth. I sure hope to!

Pregunta 1
None really. The interviewer asked standard questions regarding what you consider your strengths and weaknesses, how do you react to stress, what would you do in case A, B, or C, etc. Give an example of a time you excelled at [skill here]; give an example of how you failed at [skill here/task/goal]. What did you learn from both experiences? etc.

Recruiter Olga reached out to me. I went through three stages of the interview process: a 45-minute call with her, a language test, and an interview with the hiring manager.
One internal recruiter. Very standoffish but no idea why. Personally didn’t want to find out what the rest of the business was like if this is how a business wants to present itself. Decided not to move forward based on the experience.
