Had an initial call from hiring manager and discussed about 30 -40 minutes and I got a call next day from HR for face to face interview at philips premisis. Had 3 technical rounds followed by HR. After everything I was told that my profile is put on hold. HR co-ordinators are so sick and they don't even respond. No respect to individuals. People would leave all their work behind and turn up for face to face interview but they do not have common sense to announce the result Yes or No after many weeks inspite of calling them.
