The interview process included one phone interview with the HR department and the second interview in the office premises with the manager and one other person. No test or business case.
I was disappointed with the professionalism during the interview process. The hiring manager seemed distracted, frequently using their phone during our conversation. Additionally, the recruitment team from Panama was not as responsive as I would have hoped, leading to slower communication and sometimes no communication at all. These experiences have made me question the company's reputation, especially considering their recent divestments and decreasing market share. Also looks like hiring is close loop with much more focus on internal candidates.
