Submitted an application online. Was sent follow up questions. Then scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview was about 40 minutes long. Nothing too crazy. Pretty basic. Very transparent process I was even given a date I would know if I got the job or not
It was a virtual assessment with 5 behaviour questions and 2 games to understand your working style. You will have only 1 chance to record your answer. 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to talk.
