Process stopped because they shared my candidacy along with my cv with my current employer without my consent. Total disrespect of confidentiality. A company that I will never trust not only as a prospect employer but also as a consumer.
no tricks and to the point was interviewed by 2 persons, the interview process was direct and asked about behavioral and competencies no case study. overall a good experience and good outcome

There would be 4 rounds of interview and then the HR.
Out of 4 one would be bar raiser round in which the director or senior manager of other BU would assess if the candidate is fit to work in Philips.
