Phone interview with an HR recruiter for about 30 minutes. 2nd phone interview with the department manager for about 30 minutes. In person interviews with 5 people for a total of 4 hours. I have gone through all of this and never heard back from them either way. I know of another person that interviewed for the same position, and again, never heard anything. I still don't think they have placed anyone in this position. Waste of time.

The first step is similar to any other interview process that you need to apply for the relevant job position, and if the company is interested in your CV, they will contact you by phone asking a few basic questions about your education, motivation legal status, etc which is the first step of the recruitment process. If they want to continue, they will arrange an interview for an earlier date and probably there will be 2 interviewers depending on your position ofc. So, in my experience, I had only 2 rounds of interviews - a phone call and online interview. There is nothing magic on passing the interview but just be prepared and know about the position you're applying for. Good luck!
