I have applied for product management long term internship in medical products department.
It was important having knowladge about product details because job is totally related to prepare official offers.
3 steps,
-CV pool (there were 52 candidates)
-HR interview (16 candidates)
-Interview with manager
The interview was split into two parts. First one was answering pre-recorded questions and playing a few games that tested my quick thinking skills. Second one was with the manager of the team.

To describe different situations where I had to for example take leadership in a team
It was a virtual assessment with 5 behaviour questions and 2 games to understand your working style. You will have only 1 chance to record your answer. 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to talk.
