They were very interested in seeing your process behind the project. It's almost more important than the project itself. You have to be able to explain your design choices with clarity. I recommend you research them before you interview. I had just find her a project, and explained that I was showing them this one because I felt it complimented their overall aesthetic.

The interview was conducted over Microsoft teams through a panel style of three different managers on the team asking me different styles of questions. They wrapped it up by giving me time to ask some questions.
The Human Resource person was highly uninterested throughout the conversation, did not listen to what was said and kept asking the same questions. I always had a good impression of Philips. Hopefully, this HR person was only a black cheep?!

Very smooth, honest and respectful recruiting process. Scheduling interviews was easy and one's timeline and professional circumstances were taken into consideration. Communication was very good and the team and recruiters were always transparent about the process and expectations towards the role and the candidate.
