Application process took almost 2 years. 2016, I had an initial interview, initial medical, 3 examinations. Then The company had to freeze hire before I get to the Executive Panel Interview. I was called around March 2018 for the reassessment, then the executive panel interview and final medical. We also had to undergo a 3-months training before we're released to fly.
Hiring Process:
1. Impact Interview - make a good impression among the group
2. Medical Exam - check height, weight, complexion, way you walk
3. Integrity Exam - personality test (be honest)
3. Executive Panel Interview - discuss situational scenarios
Interview questions were common, but they were looking for star quality from the get go. The one minute self-introduction was basically a make or break at this stage. Out of the 20 applicants, I was the only one who made it through.
