First, they asked me questions, for example past cleaning that I have done and why I wanted to be a janitor. Then, the manager put videos about safety and how you should treat customers, etc, on a screen for me to watch. Finally, to end the interview the manager showed me around TJ MAXX so I knew where everything was at.
