There are three separate interviews. During the first interview they will ask you basic questions about yourself and what motivates you.They usually call applicants 2-3 days after the first interview for a second interview. During the second interview, one of the account managers will take you out for lunch and have an informal conversation to learn more about you. The third interview is on the same day and they will ask you about your experience and how you feel about the position.

The first round interview was pretty quick, about 10-15 mins. They asked some questions about my resume and gave a brief description of the company. They called me back for a second round interview a few days later which was about an hour and was much more in depth. Once we returned I was offered a third round interview upon which they offered me the position. The person I interviewed with was very knowledgeable about the position and answered all my questions before I could even ask them. The most striking part of the interview was how excited and passionate the interviewer came across regarding the job. It made me more intrigued especially since they were my age so I decided to give it a shot!
