Multiple rounds of interviews repeating the same information. Gave false hope after each interview and ultimately got a generic email that they moved forward with other candidates eventhough I checked all boxes they were looking for. Pay advertised on job inaccurate as I was told it was flexible but no range was given. Team couldn't give me a rough estimate on salary after three interviews. Seems this is common throughout the industry nowadays. Very disappointed on the process.

Calm interview process, three rounds, first phone call then a virtual then a in person meeting. Staff is all very friendly and felt the process was smooth and quick. CEO seemed very nice. Would love to know more about the actual environment they have.
