They had a job opening for this position. On LinkedIn they said if you have questions just contact the IT Manager. I have sent him 3 emails, with CV, Cover Letter, my application, i even have applied online. Never heard from him, not even an email saying that i maybe am not fit for the position, absolutely nothing. I have also contacted the job posterand she told me to contact the IT Manager about this position, that my profile matches the job description. So, he could have wrote an email with one sentence, just to let me know, NOTHING in reply. They want to hire people and do not even reply them.
