There’s a series of interviews prospective candidates will take where they meet with the HR manager to learn more about the company, the role, and how you’d be a great asset to the growing company. After meeting with HR, the company connects you to one of the project managers to gain insight on what the day-to-day looks like for the executive recruiter at PLR.

It was overall a fair process, although a bit long. At the time I interviewed, I met with 4 people and shadowed a recruiter. It was great to see what the job would actually be like and helped me make my decision.

Very easy and organized process. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. It seems like the remote process that is now in place works well with the company! Happy to be starting soon!
