Initial phone interview went well and set up another follow up afterwards. Unfortunately the day came and nobody called me at the scheduled time. I was contacted days after saying that they thought they sent me an email saying they wanted more industry experience, but I didn't receive anything.

I have to say they were quite impersonal and also made me feel like I would just be a number. I really thought that this was going to be a great place to work however, in the interview process, they made it seem like I didn’t know how to do the job even though I have done the job for a couple other CRO’s and have been certified. The questions were kind of demeaning and made me feel like they didn’t want me to work here.
