I applied to the position online. After 3 weeks they sent me an e-mail saying that they were expecting me to take a psychotechnical test and an English proficiency test. I went through the tests; after a couple of days, they called me in for an HR interview. I did not have any past internship experiences, let alone any part-time experience. So, the interviewer really pushed me to see if there was any chance that I would qualify for the position. Also, she frequently interrupted me and asked for detail/criticised to see if I would feel nervous.
2 days later, they called me for the Marketing department interview. There were 3 interviewers, no unexpected questions. They asked me why I was interested in marketing, if I was knowledgeable enough about the pharmaceutical sector. Finally, they asked me an estimation question.
