Very simple and straightforward aligned with company goals. Lengthy discussion about Pfizer’s mission and how align with experience. Questions were straightforward and self explanatory. Nothing technical asked all behavioral based.
30 minutes interview. Two to three interviewers. Mainly focus on CV and behavior questions. If there is time left, they will let you ask some of the questions and they will answer.

I did a hirevue interview that was fairly easy. I got past the first round but it was simply just behavioral questions and then some games for memory and math
