I submitted my initial application was online, and then was contacted for a first round interview about two-three weeks later. Although the woman I initially interviewed with me chose not to hire me, she passed me on to a colleague in a different group who did hire me. The interview was a basic explanation of your experiences/interest in healthcare and a walk through of your resume.

I was interviewed by two women in the Medical Affairs department; they asked some professional questions, but it was overall personable experience during the interview. They gave ample opportunity to make a connection with them as well as enough time for you to ask as many questions you wanted.
