Conversational, STAR Question. I prepared and was able to walk them through each question. Manager's were professional and freindly; it was good experience. Follow-up was prompt, and offer was made two weeks after the initial interview. I accepted the job.

Took over a month. 1. Recording interview screener 2. Phone interview 3. In person with hiring manager 4. Final round with hiring manager and regional manager. The process was very straight forward and easy. It was all in star format
